For all continental U.S. orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $5 or free shipping over $25. Free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after all discounts have been taken.

  • We unfortunately are not able to ship to Canada.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and non-continental U.S. Territory orders will be charged a flat rate of $25.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and may take 3-5 business days depending on proximity to Ohio. At our discretion, we may also send via United States Postal Service with tracking.
  • Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • We are not able to ship to PO boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel, edit or make any changes to the order, the items in the order or the shipping/billing addresses. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order.
  • We unfortunately do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing the Boogie brand! At Boogie, we're committed to making safe and effective solutions to keep families happy and healthy. If something doesn't meet your expectations or you've changed your mind, we're here to make it right – because your experience matters to us.

Your boogiewipes.com purchase is eligible for a refund as long as it is unused and in the original packaging. We accept eligible returns up to 30 days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please utilize the Contact Us form. Please include your order number in your message to us and specify what item(s) you are returning. Once we receive your return, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 10-15 days for any credit card adjustments to appear in your account.

Please note that you are responsible for your own shipping costs. We recommend that returned items are shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

If your purchase was made from one of our retail partners, we ask that you return your Boogie brand item directly to the retailer.
