Shipping policy

For all continental U.S. orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $5 or free shipping over $25. Free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after all discounts have been taken.

We unfortunately are not able to ship to Canada.

Alaska, Hawaii and non-continental U.S. Territory orders will be charged a flat rate of $25.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and may take 3-5 business days depending on proximity to Ohio. At our discretion, we may also send via United States Postal Service with tracking.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not able to ship to PO boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel, edit or make any changes to the order, the items in the order or the shipping/billing addresses. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order.

We unfortunately do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.
